In case you come across the error message screen depicted above while in Horizon's analytics tab, there are two solutions provided below to help you resolve the issue:
Log in directly to Analytics
1. Open sisense.skyspecs.com in a new browser tab
2. Log in to SkySpecs Analytics using your Horizon credentials
3. You can continue to use Analytics in this new browser tab
OR
You can go back into the Horizon browser tab and refresh the page
Log out of Horizon and log back in
1. Log out of Horizon
2. Log in to Horizon
3. Click on the Analytics tab
