SkySpecs' Portal allows users to add status and description fields to annotations made on their inspection data. Figure 1 shows the Annotation status & description fields highlighted with green boxes. In connection with SkySpecs' deprecation of the Portal and migration of its users over to Horizon, annotation statuses will be moved to Horizon Tasks on damages and annotation descriptions will be migrated to Horizon Comments on damages. The remainder of this document details the migration strategy and assumptions made.
Please note that the migration date for this data is September 23, 2019 (The "Migration Date"). Any remaining users on the Portal will be given until September 27, 2019 to access the Portal & Horizon simultaneously. After September 27, users will be permanently locked out of the portal. Any annotation descriptions or statuses created or edited after the Migration Date will not be reflected in Horizon.

Portal Annotation Description becomes a Horizon Damage Comment
Annotation descriptions will be reflected as comments on a damage in Horizon. The date of the comment will be assumed to be September 23, 2019 (The "Migration Date"). The user shown as having created the comment will be "Anonymous".
Portal Annotation Statuses become Horizon Tasks
Horizon currently allows users to create "Repair", "Inspect", or "Other" tasks. "Repair" and "Inspect" tasks are for a specific damage in the application. "Other" tasks may be assigned to a turbine asset. Tasks of each type may be in the "Pending", "In Progress", or "Completed" state. Portal annotation statuses will be migrated to Horizon tasks according to the mapping shown in Table 1. Figure 2 shows how these tasks will appear in Horizon on a row in the damages list.
Table 1: Mapping from Portal Annotation Status to Horizon Task
|Portal Annotation Status||Horizon Task Type||Horizon Task Status||Horizon Task Due Date|
|No Action Required||None||N/A||None|
|Repair In Progress||Repair||In Progress||None|

Action Required and Resolved statuses provide incomplete information to determine a Task type & status. Therefore, we are making a couple of assumptions on user intent for migration of those two annotation statuses. Your account manager will have provided you with a list of all your annotations in the Action Required or Resolved states. Please review the list for accuracy. If the assumptions in red above are acceptable for migrating your organization's data, there is no action required. If you would like annotations in the Action Required or Resolved state to be treated differently than indicated above, please contact your account manager.
