Why Create a User Account for Horizon Support?
Creating a User Account for Horizon Support gives you full access to the Horizon Support Center, where you can browse support articles and the community forums that are moderated by the SkySpecs Team.
Horizon Support Center only shows standard articles in the Support Articles section for non-users. Logging into Horizon Support Center with your User Account enables you to see all of the support articles, including details on using the Horizon advanced functionality.
In addition, the community forums allow you to communicate directly with the SkySpecs Product Team and request features that you may be interested in seeing built into the application.
Finally, the Release Notes section of the Horizon Support Center can only be viewed with a User Account.
How do I Create a User Account for Horizon Support?
Click on the "Sign In" text at the top right of the page to pull up the following login screen.
Next, click "Sign Up" next to "New to SkySpecs?" in the bottom left of the login screen. Fill in your Full Name and your User Account Email that you would like to use for Horizon Support Center, complete the CAPTCHA by checking the box, and click "Sign Up" in the blue box.
You should receive the following popup and an email will be sent to your inbox.
Check your inbox for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org and click the link to create a Horizon Support Center password.
Once you have clicked the link, it will open a page that lets you enter your name and a password. Note: your password must be at least 5 characters and different than your email address. Click "Set password" to continue.
You should now be logged in and able to access all of the Horizon Support Center areas, including Horizon Release Notes, Community Forums, and Advanced Support Articles.
