🔑 1. Logging In and Navigating the Platform

Go to: https://fam.fincovi.com/
Enter your credentials and click Sign In
🧭 Understand the Structure
Organization / Fund Level = Central admin, global settings, master data
Entity Level = Local accounts, transactions, reports
Use the left-hand sidebar to switch between levels
🧾 2. Generate Financial Statements
Go to an Entity → Financials

Select statement type (e.g., Income Statement (Actual))
Choose a Month End and Period
Click Generate
💡 Tip: Use the Month = 1 filter if you want to add commentary.
💬 3. Add Commentary to Reports
Generate a statement (see step above)

Click into any Comments box next to a line item
Type your note and click away — it autosaves
