The difference between Horizon and Horizon Analytics Logins
Accessing Horizon Analytics uses separate user credentials than logging into the Horizon platform. After signing in to Horizon, you will still need to receive Analytics Login Credentials and log in to the Analytics Engine within Horizon. The process for accessing Analytics is outlined below.
Accessing Horizon Analytics
Horizon Analytics uses separate user credentials than logging into the main Horizon platform. When given access to Analytics in Horizon you will receive an email from sisense-admin@sisense.com with the subject "SkySpecs Analytics account activation". Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders too.
Once you have activated your account, follow all on screen prompts and save your login details.
After completing the activation steps, click on the Analytics Tab in Horizon and use your username and password to sign into the Analytics Tab in Horizon. Please note: this password may be different than your Horizon login if they were set differently.
Once you have logged in, you should be able to access all dashboards that have been shared with your account. When new dashboards are shared with you, you should receive an email notification alerting you that the new dashboards are accessible in Analytics.
If dashboards have not yet been shared to your Analytics account or you have any challenges with this process after completing the activation stage, please reach out to support@skyspecs.com.
